Meet Our Founders
Tyler Kimbriel, P.E.
Tyler holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in engineering from Texas A&M University. Drawing on experience from working in the oil fields and contributing to the demilitarization of chemical weapons, he brings a unique, hands-on approach to mechanical and plumbing design for commercial and industrial buildings. His diverse background enables him to implement innovative strategies and efficient processes that optimize performance, safety, and sustainability. Tyler is committed to delivering precision-engineered solutions and working closely with clients to achieve exceptional project outcomes through thoughtful design, collaboration, and technical excellence.

Dr. Michael Busby, P.E.
Dr. Michael Busby received a BS in Engineering Science at Tennessee Technological University in 1966, a Master of Science in Aeronautics and Astronautics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1968, and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee in 1970. He worked as a Research Engineer in the Aerospace Environmental Facility at the Arnold Engineering Development Center in Tullahoma, TN until 1972 where he joined the faculty at Tennessee State University (TSU) as an Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering (ME). Dr. Busby served as Department Chair from 1975 to 1977.
